Our clients mean everything to us and we appreciate your ongoing support.  We would like to say thank you by introducing a loyalty scheme.

If you send one or more of your staff (including yourself) on one of our courses and you want to send more staff on a course in the next 3 months you will automatically be eligible for a 15% discount.  We would just need the name of who attended previously and the date they attended and we will do the rest.   At times we may have different offers on and you can choose whether to use your loyalty discount or take advantage of the offer at that time.  However you can’t use both at the same time.

Terms and Conditions

  • The 15% discount can be used as many times as possible (so if you book more than one person on a course or book one person on several courses the 15% discount will apply).
  • The discount is only valid for a three month period (so if you send a member of staff on a course on the 12th April you need to send another member of staff on a course before the 13th July that same year)
  • Our courses include the Welcome to Excellence courses delivered by People Junction and the Handling Complaints and Difficult Situations Course.
  • Should People Junction have to cancel a course that you have booked a place on using your loyalty discount we will carry that over to your next booking.
  • If you cancel a place on one of our courses, carrying over your loyalty discount will be at our discretion and not guaranteed.
